STEP 1
In-Home Consultation
We’ll visit your home to learn more about your vision. We brainstorm ideas, takes measurements and decide if we’re a good fit for each other.
STEP 2
Design-Build Starts
After our initial consultation and approval of quote, the design-build development process will begin. We’ll turn your ideas into visuals and give you realistic timelines.
STEP 3
Material Selection
We assist in all material selections through a stress free in-person or remote experience. Upon designs being finalized and payment secured, materials will be ordered.
STEP 4
Construction Begins
Once necessary permits are pulled by our team, construction begins. We are hands-on operator owners and are on the job-site daily. Whether it’s through sending photos or doing live updates from the site, our team is in constant communication with you.
STEP 5
Punch-List & Final Walkthrough
Upon completion of construction, we’ll do an on-site inspection with you to note any outstanding punch-list items.
After a professional cleaning, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure 100% satisfaction.
