In 2014 Royal Constructors fully remodeled our 3 bedroom condo including a redesigned kitchen and master bathroom and guest bath, all new flooring throughout and updates to every room! It was completed within the Condo Association’s timeframe and the result was just Beautiful! When we realized we needed more space we found a house and called Royal Constructors again to assess our needs. Rodney’s detailed proposal for the “all-but-tear-down”, complete re-creation of the house met our expectations so our relationship was renewed. Certainly a much larger project, this one required multiple permits, inspections and sub-contracting arrangements. As is often the case, there were a few surprises along the way - not to forget Hurricane Irma among them - but Rodney persevered and took care of every issue. Christina’s assistance with design and details was invaluable. She provided access and introductions to vendors, took care of ordering and was just always there to lean on for advice when the decisions became overwhelming.
